Anil Gawade

Anil Gawade is a seasoned professional currently serving as the General Manager and Studio Manager at BFT since February 2021, where responsibilities include managing the operations of two studios, overseeing a team of 20 coaches, and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies. Anil organizes events, conducts business reviews, and develops standard operating procedures to enhance studio performance and community engagement. Prior to BFT, Anil worked as an International Flight Attendant for Singapore Airlines from November 2012 to February 2021. Anil holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Psychology from the Singapore University of Social Sciences, obtained between 2015 and 2018, and completed studies at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 2007.
