Elaine Dellinger

Elaine Dellinger has a diverse work experience in various industries. Elaine is currently working at Bodycote as the North American Quality Director, Specialist Technologies. Prior to that, they worked at Rhinestahl Customer Tooling Solutions as the Director of Quality and Compliance from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they held positions at Twigg Aerospace Components, where they served as the Plant Quality Manager and Quality Engineer from 2017 to 2019. Their previous role was as a Professor of Engineering & Technology at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2013 to 2015. Elaine began their career at Rolls-Royce, where they held several engineering roles from 2000 to 2013, including Systems Engineer, Technical Services Engineer, Hot Section Thermal Analyst, and Test Engineer.

Elaine Dellinger completed their education at Purdue University. Elaine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University College of Engineering in 2003. Elaine later pursued a Master of Science degree in Technology at Purdue University from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Elaine Dellinger has obtained several certifications in quality management and engineering from ASQ - World Headquarters, including being certified as a Supplier Quality Professional, Quality Auditor, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Quality Engineer.
