Ian Duncan

Ian Duncan is a senior independent director at Bodycote plc. Ian has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, working with clients on business transformation and change management programmes. Ian founded Ennovate Consulting in 2010, and has led engagements with notable clients such as the Executive Management Team of an Irish plc, the divisional management team of a large company, and Bord Gáis Eireann. Ian is the lead architect of the 5 Practices of Transformation, a practical methodology for implementing new strategy.

Ian Duncan has a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (IoD), an Advanced Management Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching from University College Dublin, an MBA in Financial Management from Heriot-Watt University, and a F.C.C.A. in Accountancy from Dublin Business School.
