Ian has also been responsible for overseeing operations, quality, health and safety, process excellence, and business transformation. Ian's expertise includes lean manufacturing, project management, kaizen planning, and cultural change.

Ian Wilson attended Liverpool John Moores University from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical & Manufacturing Systems Engineering with a field of study in Mechanical Engineering.
