Kate Jennings

Kate Jennings has extensive work experience in project management and IT roles. Kate worked at Bodycote as the Head of Global IT Project Management, where they established a Project Management Office and framework to manage high volumes of IT project requests globally. Kate also led a team of IT professionals and ensured consistent management of the IT project portfolio. Prior to that, they were a Global IT Project Manager at Bodycote, leading the implementation of Workday HR Solution for over 4,000 users.

Before joining Bodycote, Kate worked at AstraZeneca in various roles, including Project Implementation and Change Lead, Process, Systems and Information Manager, Project Manager/Business Analyst, IM/KM Business Relationship Manager, and Global Knowledge Manager. Kate was involved in delivering and integrating cloud-based solutions, managing projects, establishing new ways of working, and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Additionally, Kate had experience as an Associate Knowledge Manager at Zeneca Pharmaceuticals, where they supported the implementation of a Global Product Information Tool. Kate also worked as a Marketing Manager at Nortronic Electronic Component Distributors, handling brand management, marketing campaigns, and sales responsibilities for three component manufacturers. Kate Jennings received their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in European Technology Management and Marketing (Software) from Humberside University, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. Kate has also obtained several additional certifications, including the APMG Agile Certified Practitioner and AgilePM Practitioner from APMG International in November 2020. Additionally, they hold certifications in Agile Project Management, Change Management, and Project Management Professional (PMP), among others.
