Kudakwashe Kafamba Pcqi

Kudakwashe Kafamba PCQI is an experienced professional in quality management and engineering, currently serving as the Works/General Manager at Bodycote since September 2017, overseeing daily operations at the Derby plant. Previously, Kudakwashe held the position of Technical and Quality Manager at Brightwake Ltd, where responsibilities included CAPA, RCCA, and ISO13485 compliance. Earlier roles include Quality Manager at IMR Test Labs and Quality Engineer at Curtiss-Wright Surface Technologies, where significant contributions were made in developing thermal spray procedures and gaining various approvals. Kudakwashe holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
