Lily Heinemann

Lily Heinemann currently serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Bodycote since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lily held the position of Group Sustainability Director at Rubix, leading ESG and sustainability initiatives from July 2022 to September 2023. Lily's experience includes serving as Head of ESG & Sustainability at Rotork, and Head of Corporate Responsibility & Community Investment at Royal Mail, where responsibilities encompassed overarching sustainability and corporate responsibility strategies. Additional roles include Senior Manager Reporting, Awards & Communications and Corporate Responsibility Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, Programme Officer at the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative, and various positions focusing on corporate responsibility and sustainability at HBOS, Samsung Electronics, and Barclays Wealth Management. Lily holds an Executive Leadership Programme degree from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Sustainable Business Programme certification from the University of Cambridge, and a 2:1 degree in Geography from the University of Bristol.
