Ondřej Petráš

Ondřej Petráš has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition and talent operations. Ondřej is currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Bodycote since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Honeywell for several roles, including EMEA Talent Operations Leader from January 2020 to March 2022, Talent Acquisition Manager for Central & Eastern Europe & EMEA HCE TA leader from October 2018 to January 2020, Staffing Manager from September 2017 to September 2018, and Staffing Specialist from April 2017 to August 2017. Before joining Honeywell, they were a Talent Sourcing Consultant at Randstad from July 2016 to March 2017 and a Hiring Specialist from January 2016 to June 2016. In their roles, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, developed hiring strategies, managed recruitment pipelines, and maintained close collaboration with business leaders to attract top talent.

Ondřej Petráš completed a Bachelor's degree in social pedagogy and counseling at Masaryk University Brno from 2010 to 2014. Ondřej then pursued two Master's degrees, one in Andragogy and another in Human Resources Management and Services, from 2014 to 2017, also at Masaryk University Brno.
