Michelle Meyers

Michelle Meyers serves as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at dbt Labs since December 2024, leading a team of eleven Recruiters and Coordinators to drive global headcount growth. Prior experience includes working as a Self-Employed Fractional TA Leader, where Michelle focused on enabling early-stage teams for Series A - B Founders, alongside roles as Fractional Head of Talent and People Ops at both Qloo and Elastic. At Elastic, Michelle held various positions culminating in the role of Director, Global Talent Acquisition, overseeing a global team and contributing as a thought leader in talent strategy. Previous experience also includes advisory roles in talent acquisition for early-stage founders at Salt. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Arizona State University.
