Kareem Serves as BodyFly Chief Operation Officer overseeing daily operations of everything from fitness to fun. Prior to working for BodyFly fitness Kareem served 8 years in the united states Navy as an Aviation Fire Fighter and Assistant command fitness leader where he deployed on numerous times aboard the USS Bonhomme Richard, USS Mercy and USS comfort. Kareem enjoys anything tech and fitness related.
