Carmen Valtierra de Luis has a diverse work experience. Carmen began their career in 2013 as a Freelance Architect, Graphic Designer and Community Manager, creating videos for Contemporary Architecture and CH+QS Arquitectos. In the same year, they also worked as a Community Manager for Lima Technology, managing the communication with 13K backers during the launch of their product on Kickstarter. In 2014, they worked as an Architect for ALC Architectes et Associés, working on the renovation of a residence for the elderly with medical consulting rooms and nursing facilities. Carmen also worked on the repair and restoration of the kitchen building facilities for the same residence. In 2015, they worked as a Head of Customer Service and ComEx member for Lima Technology, delivering regular reporting on the status of customer opinion and feedback relating to the Lima product. Carmen also worked as an Architect for their own company, Carmen Valtierra Architecture, and as a Social Media Moderator for Datawords. In 2018, they worked as a Product Manager and Customer Care Manager for Smiirl, designing a progressive migration for 18k users to improve the reactivity time of the product. In 2020, they worked as a Product Manager for Worklife, designing a new sign up and ad creation funnel for Yoopies in Europe and HelperChoice in Asia. Carmen also worked as an Advisor for Pulexlab. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager for Bodyguard.ai, providing a powerful moderation solution for social networks and platforms of all sizes.

Carmen Valtierra de Luis began their education in 2005 when they enrolled at the University of Navarra to pursue a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.). In 2009, they also obtained a Specialization Diploma in Urban Planning from the same university. In 2016, they attended Esther Risbourg - Savoir-Faire & Cie to study Management: l'organisation du manager et le suivi de son équipe. In 2017, Carmen attended Asgard Education to study Product Design. In December 2019, they obtained a Bilan de compétences startup certification from Ignition Program.
