Macy Crawford currently serves as the Assistant Spa Manager and Spa Concierge Specialist at BodyLase Med Spa, where responsibilities include assisting the Spa Concierge Team with complex transactions, leading daily meetings, and identifying solutions for operational improvements. Previous experience includes roles as an Artist Relations Intern at HeadCount Org and House and Venue Manager at The Charleston Gaillard Center, overseeing usher teams and enhancing customer experiences. Additional positions include Salon Coordinator at Bellezza Salon, various internship roles in venue operations, and a peer teaching position at the College of Charleston. Macy holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Arts Management with a focus on Music Industry and Spanish Language and Literature from the College of Charleston.
