Michelle Luther Phr

Michelle Luther, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 19 years of work experience in various HR roles. Michelle is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Boeckermann Grafstrom & Mayer since July 2020. Prior to this, Michelle worked at The Dart Network for 10 years, starting as a Human Resources Representative and progressing through several positions including Senior Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources. Michelle also has experience in HR consulting and coordination roles at Olson Funeral & Cremation Services and Wesley Willows Corporation. Michelle began their career in HR at Manpower, where they served as a Staffing Specialist and Branch Manager. Michelle also worked as a Merchandise Coordinator at Marshall Fields Corp. throughout their career, Michelle has gained expertise in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and training.

Michelle Luther, PHR, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in 2001. Prior to their college education, they attended Eagan High School but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study there.

In addition to their academic achievements, Michelle Luther obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2012. Michelle went on to earn the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June 2015. These certifications demonstrate their competence and expertise in the field of Human Resources.
