Aniket Magarkar

Principal Scientist, Computational Chemistry at Boehringer Ingelheim

Aniket Magarkar is a Principal Scientist in Computational Chemistry at Boehringer Ingelheim, where work has been conducted since September 2017. Prior experience includes postdoctoral positions at the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and the University of Helsinki, where research focused on computational drug design and delivery. Aniket has also contributed as a visiting researcher at EMBL-EBI and UC Irvine, working on cheminformatics and molecular dynamics of membrane proteins, respectively. Aniket holds a PhD in Molecular Modeling from the University of Helsinki and a Master of Science in Biomathematics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
