Artur Reich

Artur Reich has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment, having worked in various positions at both Boehringer Ingelheim and OC Recruitment GmbH & Co. KG. At Boehringer Ingelheim, they started as a Recruiter in July 2019 and progressed to Senior Recruiter in July 2020. Artur then became a Global Talent Acquisition Manager in July 2022, responsible for managing talent acquisition activities on a global scale. Currently, they are serving as a Team Lead Recruiting for Animal Health & Pharma Supply.

Prior to joining Boehringer Ingelheim, Artur worked at OC Recruitment GmbH & Co. KG as a Senior Recruitment Consultant from January 2016 to December 2018. Artur then took on the role of Teamlead Devision Permanent Positions / Medical Technology from January 2019 to June 2019.

Artur Reich earned a Diploma Degree in Business Administration from Universität Greifswald, where they studied from 2008 to 2015. Artur also obtained additional certification as a Qualitätsmanagement-Fachkraft from TÜV Süd Akademie GmbH in 2016.
