Chaimaa Messaoudi

Chaimaa Messaoudi is a Senior Scientist at Boehringer Ingelheim since January 2022, specializing in data management and integration of proteomics data with a semantic mediator approach. Chaimaa holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the National School of Applied Sciences of Tangier, where prior roles included Bioinformatics Analyst at the University of West Florida focusing on metagenomics data analysis, and Research Assistant Internship developing a Galaxy pipeline for proteomics data analysis. Chaimaa's early experience includes a summer internship at Institut Pasteur managing databases for hepatitis patients and a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Complex Systems from ENSA TANGER, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Université Hassan II.
