Daisy Besiño-Norico, CPA has a diverse work experience in various accounting roles. Daisy started their career at Henkel, where they worked as an Accounting Specialist, responsible for generating data from SAP, preparing monthly reports, and providing analysis. Daisy then moved to Bayer Business Services, where they held multiple positions including Senior Accounting Process Expert, Global Project Controller, and Accounting Platform Lead. In these roles, they were involved in project cost tracking, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, and overseeing local country accounting teams. Currently, they are working at Boehringer Ingelheim as the Head of Accounting to Reporting, where they lead the accounting team and ensures timely execution of activities. Overall, Daisy has a strong background in accounting processes, management accounting, and financial reporting.
