Erin Arcario

Erin Arcario has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Erin is currently working as the Director, US People Analytics and HR Projects and Chief of Staff at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals since August 2020. In this role, they lead a team of experts in providing strategic insights for talent decisions and oversees the execution of HR projects. Erin also provides thought partnership to the US CHRO and leads HR leadership team meetings.

Prior to their current role, Erin worked as a Consultant at International Paper (Formerly Champion Paper) from 1999 to 2000 and as an Account Manager at Cartus (formerly Cendant Mobility) from 1994 to 1999.

Erin Arcario holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Double Major Journalism and Spanish from Indiana University Bloomington. Erin also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
