Katherine Freeley currently serves as the Head of Media Center of Excellence at Boehringer Ingelheim since October 2023. Previously, Katherine held the position of Global Head Media & Digital Operations at Novartis from May 2020 to December 2023, where responsibilities included managing global paid media and digital operations across multiple regions, executing governance for media agencies, and leading RFPs and contract negotiations. Prior to Novartis, Katherine worked at Colgate-Palmolive as Global Marketing IMC Associate Director, overseeing global media and advertising operations from 2008 to May 2020. Katherine's earlier experience includes roles at Mindshare and IPG, where Katherine progressed from Media Sourcing Manager to Partner, Group Planning Director. Katherine holds an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology and a Doctor of Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
