Lora Linn

Lora Linn is a Scientist IV at Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health - US since October 2018, with a solid background in cell biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry. Prior to this role, Lora served as a Senior Research Scientist at UMKC, specializing in microscopy and live cell imaging of bone development, mentoring student research projects. Lora's experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at New York University, where research focused on herpes simplex virus latency using neuronal cultures and RNA knockdown techniques, and a position as an Adjunct Professor at Rockhurst University, instructing Cell Biology and Introduction to Research courses. Lora holds a Ph.D. in Cell Biology and Biophysics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BS in Biology from Iowa State University.
