Mariarita Longo

Mariarita Longo currently serves as the Head of Italy Commercial Quality at Boehringer Ingelheim, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Mariarita was the Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Grünenthal Group from September 2018 to December 2022, and held the position of Process Science QA Head at GSK from March 2015 to August 2018, focusing on Italy’s Process Science within Global MSAT. Mariarita's earlier experience includes serving as the Head of the Quality Support Unit at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics from October 2013 to October 2017, and holding various quality engineering and management roles at bioMérieux, including Quality Engineer Operations and QC Manager from May 2007 to September 2013. Mariarita began professional career as a Product Certification Specialist at IMQ S.p.A. and has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Università degli Studi di Firenze, earned in 2002.
