Roger Kirton

Roger Kirton currently serves as the Sr. Associate Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Boehringer Ingelheim since June 2019, overseeing the Learning & Organizational Development function for the Fremont Campus. Previously, Kirton held the position of Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Alameda Health System from January 2016 to June 2019, where responsibilities included leading Leadership Development initiatives and developing a Leadership Academy for over 350 leaders. Kirton's educational background includes a Master's degree in Leadership & Organizational Studies from Fresno Pacific University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from San Diego State University, alongside various certifications in Human Resources.
