Uday Bose

Uday Bose is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with extensive experience in oncology and customer experience excellence. At Boehringer Ingelheim from August 2014 to November 2022, Uday served as Head of Human Pharma Customer Experience Excellence and Business Steering, where responsibilities included leading the evolution of customer models and driving cross-functional activities. As Country Managing Director and Head of Human Pharma, Uday oversaw a team of over 700 employees across the UK, Ireland, Malta, and Gibraltar, managing significant P&L responsibilities. Prior to this, Uday held the position of Corporate Vice President, Head of Global Marketing in Oncology, guiding the commercial strategy for oncology products. Uday's earlier experience includes roles at Eisai as EMEA Head of Oncology Business Unit, and at GlaxoSmithKline as Marketing Director in both global and European capacities. Uday is currently pursuing a GDBA at Durham University, following an MBA in Health Economics from Keele University.
