Bogdan Neculaes is an experienced engineering leader specializing in disruptive computing, networking, and quantum technologies. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Engineer and Portfolio Manager for Disruptive Computing, Networks and Sensors at Boeing, Bogdan drives innovative technology development through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external partners. Prior roles at GE Research included Quantum Platform Leader and Principal Scientist, where Bogdan directed R&D strategies across various technology platforms, including bioelectrics and radiation sources. With a PhD in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan and extensive experience in both research and commercial applications, Bogdan has significantly advanced technologies in medical imaging, regenerative medicine, and quantum applications.
