Caglar Toma has over 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry, including 6 years as a design engineer at Boeing and 10 years as a manufacturing engineer with Turkish Aerospace. Caglar’s solid background in manufacturing technologies, particularly in composites, includes work on helicopter rotor blades for five years. Currently, Caglar holds a position as a Design Engineer at Boeing while also participating in the Boeing Leadership Next program to develop leadership skills. Caglar is pursuing an executive MBA at POLIMI.
