Christie Alston

Christie Alston is an experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as the 777-9 & 777-8F Fuels - Propulsion Senior Engineering Manager at Boeing since February 2012. Alston's extensive background includes roles as the 747/767 Propulsion Chief Engineer and various managerial positions focusing on project management, supplier coordination, and interdisciplinary integration. With a strong emphasis on problem-solving and technical communication, Alston has effectively managed engineering teams to achieve system certifications and has developed innovative technologies that significantly reduce manufacturing labor and weight. Alston holds a B.S. and M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia and Old Dominion University, respectively, alongside project and software product management certifications from City University of Seattle and the University of Alberta.
