Darya Prokhorenko

Darya Prokhorenko is an HR Business Partner at Boeing Ukraine, bringing extensive experience from various industries including engineering, health care, and consumer markets. Darya previously served as a Senior HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Lead at 3M, where responsibilities included training, development, and recruitment across the Middle East and Africa. Darya has also held roles as HR Business Partner and Country HR Lead at Sanofi. Darya holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Kyiv National Economics University.
