Donnell Gaviolli

Donnell Gaviolli has a diverse background in compensation and total rewards with experience spanning over 15 years. Gaviolli began with internships and advisory roles at notable companies including DuPont and Ernst & Young, progressing to a Compensation Analyst position at Honda. Gaviolli held various specialist and advisor roles within total rewards at organizations such as Bemis Latin America, Saint-Gobain, and SulAmérica, before serving in multiple capacities, including Coordinator and Supervisor, at MAHLE. Currently serving as Total Rewards Leader for LATAM, Canada, and the Caribbean at Boeing, Gaviolli's educational foundation was established at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
