Elliott Russell

Elliott Russell is a Senior Leader in Learning & Development at Boeing, overseeing the company's Global and Corporate Functions. Previously, Elliott held various roles at Rolls-Royce, including Engineering Program Manager and Business Improvement Manager, where they focused on optimizing processes and leading teams. Elliott's early career included positions at Precision Castparts and Doncasters, where they contributed to quality engineering and process management. An alumnus of The University of Birmingham with a Master of Engineering, Elliott also holds multiple Lean Six Sigma certifications and is currently pursuing further education at Cardiff University.
