Erjay Manjares

Erjay Manjares is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology delivery and facilities management. At Boeing, Erjay served as an Enterprise Services Technology & Systems Senior Leader, overseeing technology initiatives for the Acquire to Retire Value Stream and enhancing stakeholder experiences through integrated data management. Prior roles at Boeing included leading the Global Real Estate & Facilities Technology team and managing project implementation for the Renton Branch sites. Earlier experience includes a stint as a Lead Construction Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff, focusing on the Sound Transit Central Link Light Rail project, and over six years as a US Naval officer in facilities management and construction. Erjay holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Leadership from the University of Washington Tacoma and a Certificate in Business Analytics from Michigan State University.
