With extensive experience in complex, matrixed organizations, they have held key roles at Wood, Deloitte, Boeing, and Aker Solutions, where they focused on driving cultural shifts, enhancing employee engagement, and leading high-performing teams. Currently, as Senior Director of Talent Management & Organizational Performance at Boeing, they oversee talent management processes for approximately 170,000 employees worldwide.
