Jan Martinson

Jan Martinson is the Director of Lean+ at The Boeing Company, where they have worked since 2005. They previously held the position of Director, Space and Communications Lean+ from 2002 to 2005. Jan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin in 1983 and a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California in 1989, graduating with a perfect GPA. In their current role, Jan focuses on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction within Boeing Defense, Space & Security.
