Jim Mullins is a Talent Acquisition and HR Leader currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Management for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Previously, Jim held multiple senior roles at Boeing from 2019 to 2020, including Senior Manager for various divisions. Prior to Boeing, Jim managed talent acquisition at Amazon from 2004 to 2010, overseeing several programs and departments. Jim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Biology & Management from the University of California, Davis, and is pursuing an MBA in Marketing from the University of Washington – Michael G. Foster School of Business.
