Karen Rogers

Karen Rogers, PMP, MPT, has over 15 years of experience in program management and physical therapy. Currently serving as Program Manager for Business Operations at Boeing since July 2008, Karen excels in relationship management, problem-solving, and communication to enhance program performance and customer experiences. Previous roles at Boeing include managing the Industrial Athlete program for the 737 and Fabrication sectors, where responsibilities involved supplier selection, performance assessments, and team expansion. Additionally, Karen has worked as a Physical Therapist at EvergreenHealth and Swedish, providing acute care and ensuring compliance with regulatory and billing standards. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Willamette University and additional education from Georgia State University.
