Kelsey Sargeant

Kelsey Sargeant is a Senior Manager in Supplier Management at Boeing, currently supporting Commercial Modifications and Boeing Converted Freighter platforms. They began their career at Boeing as a Procurement Agent in 2011 after completing a summer internship, and have since held multiple Supplier Management roles in both commercial and defense sectors. Kelsey previously served as a Purchasing Manager at Safran and leads Supply Chain teams focused on transparent leadership, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. They earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2011.
