Kim Pimentel

Kim Pimentel is currently the Manager of Integrated Planning and Scheduling at Boeing, where they serve on the VC-25B Management Team, focusing on program scheduling, change management, and driving program execution through risk assessment. Kim has a strong background in project management, previously managing maintenance and grounds facilities at Boeing and leading both the Lean+ Organization and the Program Management Office. With a Master of Business Administration emphasizing project management from City University of Seattle, Kim is passionate about employee development, continuous improvement, and setting high expectations within their teams.
