Kim Stewart

Kim Stewart, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in program management, recruitment, and community outreach across educational and corporate sectors. Notably, Kim served as a Cruise Director at Argosy Cruises, planning and executing activities for large groups. At the University of Idaho, Kim held various roles, including Regional Recruiter, where Kim significantly increased enrollment through innovative strategies. At Boeing, Kim has held multiple positions, including Community Programs Outreach Lead and Employee Development Specialist, focusing on workforce development and internal training programs. Kim holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Communication from the University of Idaho.
