Kristin Hess

Kristin Hess has over a decade of experience in human resources, specializing in various aspects of HR management. Kristin began her career at Emerson as a Corporate HR Generalist, where responsibilities included implementing a new RMS and establishing a structured interviewing process. Subsequently, Kristin worked at Centric Group, LLC, also as a Corporate HR Generalist, leading company-wide initiatives related to workforce planning, employee retention, and cultural integration. From May 2016 to January 2019, Kristin served as an HR Business Partner at Tapestry Solutions and has been an HR Business Partner at Boeing since January 2019. Kristin holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University and a BSBA in Management and Entrepreneurship from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
