Liz Ugarph

Liz Ugarph is an experienced professional in industrial engineering and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Industrial Engineering for both the 777 Program and BCA Fabrication at Boeing since July 2017. Previously, Liz held roles including Supply Chain Senior Manager and Production Engineering Senior Manager at Boeing, and led a team of Data Scientists as a Data Science Manager. Liz's earlier experience includes being a Leaders for Global Operations Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Engineering Systems were completed. Prior to this, Liz held various positions at Boeing Commercial Airplanes and completed the Operations Management Leadership Program at GE Healthcare. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Data Science Certificate from the University of Washington.
