Marcos Hernandez, MBA, is a results-driven Program Management Leader with over 20 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar aerospace, defense, and transportation programs. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Cruise Missile Systems at The Boeing Company, Marcos leads cross-functional teams and oversees critical program aspects for prominent military projects. Past roles include managing a $1 billion business unit at Norfolk Southern Corporation and serving as a quality assurance supervisor in the U.S. Navy. Marcos holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Arizona, an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Master's in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
