Miguel Eguia is a seasoned engineering executive at Boeing, holding the position of Director for 767 Airframe Engineering and BCA Programs Structures Technical Support since 2006. With extensive experience in leading various engineering teams, Miguel has overseen critical technical issues for the 737NG and MAX fleets, and has served as Director and Chief Engineer for Boeing Fabrication across multiple sites. Previous roles include Senior Manager for 737NG and MAX Airframe Engineering Customer Support and Engineering Manager on key aircraft programs such as the 777 and 747-8. Prior to Boeing, Miguel worked at Ford Motor Company as a Body Structures Design Engineer. Miguel holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
