Nancy Yang

Nancy Yang is a seasoned professional in manufacturing and human resources with over 18 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Manager at Boeing since July 2014, Nancy represents the voice of mechanics and operations leaders in the planning and development of new airplane builds while focusing on safety, quality, and business needs. Previous roles at Boeing include Manufacturing and Lean Manager, where Nancy implemented a new Boeing Production System, and HR Generalist, providing HR business partnership for 777 airplane programs. Earlier experience includes multiple HR Generalist roles at Sony Network Entertainment International and Sony Creative Software, offering support across various employee relations matters. Nancy began her career in HR at Sitel and UW Madison Campus Planning & Landscape Architecture. Nancy holds an MBA in General Management from the Wisconsin School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
