Noah Mass

Noah Mass is an accomplished leader in manufacturing and quality management with extensive experience at Boeing since August 2019, currently serving as AvionX Manufacturing & Quality Leader and previously overseeing weapons programs and quality initiatives within Boeing Defense, Space & Security. Prior to Boeing, Noah held various senior management roles at Ford Motor Company from 1990 to 2019, where significant achievements included leading cost-saving initiatives and enhancing design compatibility across North American vehicle programs. Noah possesses advanced degrees, including an MBA from the University of Michigan and multiple engineering degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, complemented by a certificate in Architecture & Systems Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
