Pamela C. Carter

Pamela C. Carter has extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly in diversity and inclusion. At Boeing, from July 2004 to November 2015, Pamela served as Vice President of Global Diversity & Inclusion and Supplier Diversity, focusing on supplier development opportunities for minorities, women, veterans, and HUBZone suppliers. Prior to Boeing, Pamela held various positions in the United States Air Force from September 1978 to September 2004, concluding a distinguished career as a Colonel, with responsibilities in aircraft maintenance, flight line operations, and leadership roles in multiple capacities. Pamela holds two Master's degrees: one in National Security Policy Resourcing from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and another in Education and Counseling from the University of Maryland.
