Paul Hurwitz

Paul Hurwitz is an experienced Electrophysics Engineer and Scientist at Boeing since October 2022. Prior to this role, Paul served as the Director of Foundry Engineering at Rockley Photonics Inc. from December 2020 to October 2022. Paul’s extensive background includes positions at Tower Semiconductor, where Paul held the titles of Director of Technology Development and Device Technology Manager from September 2005 to November 2020. At Jazz Semiconductor, Paul worked as a Staff Device Engineer from October 2000 to August 2005. Additionally, Paul began a career at Cypress Semiconductor as a Yield Enhancement Engineer from 1995 to 2000. Paul holds a PhD in Physics from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 1989 and 1995.
