Sean Hickey

Sean Hickey is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles at Boeing from August 2014 to March 2023. Sean began as a Design and Analysis Engineer, developing testing plans for the CH-47 Block II Modernization and progressing to managerial roles, such as Project Manager and Manager of Instrumentation and Data Systems. In these roles, Sean led multi-site teams on significant projects like the Joint Multi-Role helicopter, enhancing test equipment efficiency and project outcomes. As Flight Test Director for the CH-47F Block II Modernization program, Sean oversaw all flight testing phases, ensuring compliance with qualification requirements and managing comprehensive communication with stakeholders. Sean holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
