Sheila Conway

Sheila Conway is a Technical Fellow at Boeing, specializing in sustainable air traffic management practices globally. With a background in flight deck design, human factors analysis, and experimental flight testing, they are dedicated to improving flight efficiency while minimizing environmental impact. Previously, Conway was a Senior Researcher at NASA and held engineering roles at Boeing and HP. They are actively involved with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), contributing to the integration of unmanned aerial systems into worldwide airspace. Conway is currently pursuing multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Systems and Human Factors Engineering, and Systems Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Old Dominion University.
