T. Micah Washington

T. Micah Washington currently serves as the Associate Minister and Assistant Director of the Young Adult Ministry at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Gastonia, NC, where responsibilities include supporting pastoral leadership and designing programs to engage young adults. Previously, T. Micah held the position of Associate Pastor at Western Avenue Baptist Church, managing ministry operations and engaging in worship services. T. Micah's diverse experience encompasses various roles, including Community Assistant at Morehouse College DHRE, Research Intern for Warnock for U.S. Senate, Chief of Staff & Chaplain for the National Action Network's Morehouse College chapter, and various positions at Boeing, such as Global Strategy and Marketing Intern and Global Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Specialist. T. Micah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Morehouse College and is pursuing a Master of Divinity at Harvard Divinity School, focusing on Religion in Public Life and African American Religious Traditions.
