Will Jansen is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as the Mobility Surveillance and Bombers Airplane Systems Capability Leader at Boeing, Will is responsible for mechanical systems designs within the Boeing Defense portfolio. Previously, Will held the position of B-1 Air Vehicle Team Structures Manager at Boeing, overseeing a team of 26 direct reports focused on the B-1 Bomber fleet's design and structural integrity. Will also served as Engineering Resource Manager at L3Harris Technologies, managing a team of 45 engineers in support of aviation and naval maritime training simulators. Earlier roles include Director of Engineering at Mathey Dearman, Inc., Chief Structures Engineer at Bizjet Int'l, Lead Mechanical Engineer at GE Aviation, and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company. Will holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
