William Osborne

William Osborne is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, quality management, and corporate leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Boeing since May 2018, Osborne also holds the title of Vice President for Total Quality Enterprise Performance within the same company. Previously, Osborne was Corporate Director at Quaker Chemical Corporation and held senior leadership roles at Navistar Inc, including Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing & Quality and Corporate Director. Early career highlights include President and CEO positions at Federal Signal Corporation and Ford Motor Company, where Osborne led regional operations in Australia and Canada. Educational credentials include dual MBA degrees from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and the University of Chicago, along with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
